How much is delivery?

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT (where appropriate) and delivery charges.

Do I have to pay VAT on my dog food?

The feeds that are exclusively for the use of working gundogs (and that are clearly marked as such) are not subject to VAT.

Do I need a PayPal account to order from you?

No. You will be redirected to the PayPal website and they will take the payment directly from your credit or debit card

I have placed my order and received two acknowledgements from you, have I placed a double order?

No. It is a quirk of the order placement system that sometimes it generates an additional acknowledgement when you return from the PayPal website.
